Now check this shit: not just neat, it's really, really neat. That sort of
adverb-adjective-combo use should not be taken lightly. This is my
stream-of-production page while I spiral into debt getting my
BFA at art school. Awesome.

bigger is better.

Fuji 400H pushed to ISO 800.

If you haven't tried it, 400H is a great film to push. It gets kind of grainy but it's not a big deal if you are shooting medium format. Besides, the grain is rather pretty looking and pointillist-like when the film gets pushed.

When you expose 400H at 800, the entire color palette becomes tinted with slight green and strong purple tones (especially darker tones).

If you really want to go nuts, shoot 400H at ISO 1600 and the color shifts and contrast get pretty intense. Give it a shot.
